Types of Information Gathered

Data that customers provide to Twin Willows is submitted in the strictest confidence and used for Twin Willows sole internal use. This data includes, but is not limited to, name, address, company name, company address, phone number, fax number, email address, as well as questions answered on survey or subscription forms. Data captured when customer's register for or purchase products on a Twin Willows website.

Web Analytics and Statistics Information

We don't use Google Analytics or any other third party site to gather information, all analytics data is contained in Twin Willows's raw log files and analysed using software on the server and contains detailed information on browsers, file types, operating systems, search engines results and web page activity such as the number of hits and unique visitors.

Opt Out

Twin Willows will accept, acknowledge and maintain any customer's request to opt out of future communication from Twin Willows through either email, phone, fax, or normal mail.
